We hope you love shopping with Goodayy. Here are our delivery and returns policies to help make sure we meet your expectations. Contact Us.

Receiving Orders

We take orders 24 hours round the clock. However orders that are taken outside business hours will be process on the next business day.

We do not accept any orders through the phone or email.

Domestic Orders

Domestically, we will be using Singpost across all shipments.

Domestic shipping charges : $2.50 ( Registered mail )

Any amount $80SGD and above, there will be free delivery using registered mail.

If gross weight exceeds 2kg and exceeds specific measurement of the specefic carrier company, there will be addtional charges incurred which the customer would be informed by email. In the event the customer agrees to this charges. We will do a request through paypal for the additional shipping charges.

Non-Standard Mail Condition ( SingPost)

  1. All mail items not meeting the Standard Mail Conditions.

  2. Mail items containing merchandise, plastic cards, non-paper based enclosures, bulky items, stapled items, metal, hard, inflexible or sharp objects, eg. paper clips, audio tapes, CD/VCD, etc.

  3. Odd-shaped mail, eg. circular, triangular, in roll form, etc.

  4. Mail items in non-paper cover, eg. plastic envelopes, pillow case envelopes, etc.

  5. Mail set or mail with sprocket holes or computer printouts.

  6. Mail items smaller than 140mm x 90mm x 0.2mm and lighter than 2g.

  7. Mail items in envelope form larger than 324mm x 229mm and thicker than 14mm.

  8. Mail items with watermark, dark intense colours, background design, patterning, embossing or security printing.

  9. Mail Items / boxes / packages must not exceed the maximum dimension of 240mm (width) x 340mm (length) x 70mm (height) and weighing not more than 2kg.

Anything that exceeds this requirement will be seen as a bulky item hence the delivery charges will be higher due to packaging to protect the product as well as odd sizes or anything heavier than 2kg.

Additional shipping charges regarding bulky items will be emailed to you separately for remaining balance that needs to be collected. Once we received it, we will follow up by shipping the order out followed by another invoice that states the additional shipping charges incurred.

International Delivery

International delivery will be shipped via Easyship. They are a shipping platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers.

For all international shipments from Goodayy, taxes and duties are post paid (receiver) .

Duties And Taxes

We are not responsible for the collection of duties and taxes or any import fees that may imposed upon receipt. On all international orders delivered outside of Singapore, the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged.

Additional Information

Goodayy reserve the right to decline any order shipping out of Singapore (international order). We will cancel the order and give a full refund in the event it happens.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

if somehow the purchases or orders that are being made is not the item you ordered or it has a major defect that is affecting the functionality of the products. You can contact us regarding the issue within 7 days of the shipment date. We will access it on case by case basis as we always make sure that the products sent out are in tip top condition before mailing it out. So we seek your kind understanding in this area.

Following exception applied

  • Items that have been used cannot be resold as new

  • Items that are specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Laundered wash garments cannot be returned or exchanged  

  • ( shoppers are responsible for all returning shipping fees )

Refunds will be only available in terms of online credit to that individual account.

 

You will receive an email stating “return authorization” once we have access the case and deem that it is within our return policy.

 

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.

Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for Goodayy to process your return.
