Printing
Why should I purchase printing films or products from you?
We are a local factory based in Singapore and take the quality of our products very seriously. All products are done in-house using our factory machines and hand-pressed to ensure we do not skip the most important process of design placement. You can get the item faster yet have assured quality.
Can I reprint my order if I have sent the wrong image?
We will not reprint artwork for wrong files, low dpi count, white background present, missing fonts or incorrect dimensions. Kindly double check artwork upon sending.
Can I print my order if the image is of a low DPI count/ blurry?
We highly recommend artwork images / logos to be sent in 300 DPI to prevent blurry images.
Can I print with JPEG or PNG file format?
Yes. Ensure JPEG /PNG files has a Transparent background and is in 300 DPI for best results.
How do I achieve the most optimal results for custom-printed apparels?
You can send us your design in the file formats listed.

How do I press my custom printed film?
For film purchased with us, you can follow the recommended temperatures depending on the material used with the right pressure applied.
Cotton -> 140 degrees
Dri-fit -> 130 degrees
Kindly note this is just a guideline as every iron model and brand differs, so it is good to test accordingly. The product material you would like to press on may also differ.
Can I request a custom design from you?
Yes. Designs start from $50 depending on complexity and quantity.
Can you remove the white background from my design?
Yes. All editing starts from $20 depending on complexity and quantity.
Can you edit the size of my design for my custom-printed film?
No. We do not edit any of the designs for custom printed film. We print according to what is provided by you.
Any wrong files, low dpi count, white background present, missing fonts or incorrect dimensions will not be reprinted. Kindly double check artwork upon sending
Will my prints crack or peel?
Our prints are very durable as it goes through a 2-step heating process so it should not occur.

Embroidery
Why should I purchase embroidered products from you?
We are a local factory in Singapore which uses TAJIMA machines which are made in Japan and Maidera threads made in Germany to produce all of our products.
Why would my item have a blue/purple line?
To ensure accurate placement, each and every products is measured before embroidering on it. The lines refer to can be washed off.
